1. Introduction

• Welcome to Happy Panda Junk Removal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide junk removal and related services in Calgary and the surrounding area.
• By scheduling, requesting, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you do not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Booking or using our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept changes.

3. Services

• Residential and commercial junk removal, appliance and furniture haul, cleanouts, dumpster alternatives, and related services.
• We may limit or refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons, including but not limited to prohibited items (see Section 7).

4. Scheduling, Quotes, and Fees

• Estimates may be based on available information; final pricing is after in-person assessment or verified weight/volume.
• Fees include labor, transportation, disposal, and permits/taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. Accepted methods: [list methods].
• Changes to scope may affect price and schedule. Cancellations may incur a fee per your service agreement.

5. Scheduling and Access

• You must provide access to the property as needed for pickup and loading.
• You warrant you have authority to grant access. If access is restricted, we may reschedule or cancel without liability.

6. Prohibited Items

• Do not place prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, batteries, medical waste, explosives, illegal items, etc.). We may refuse service or arrange safe handling at your expense if discovered.

7. Insurance and Liability

• We carry general liability insurance for on-site operations.
• Limitation of liability: Our liability for any single service event is limited to the amount paid for that event.
• We’re not liable for damage from pre-existing conditions, improper item preparation, or unsafe site conditions, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Prepare items for removal as requested and disclose any hazards.
• Keep pets and bystanders away from work areas during removal.

9. Privacy

• We collect personal information to provide services per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data practices described therein.

10. Intellectual Property

• Our website and materials are protected by law. Reproduction or use of our trademarks or content without permission is not allowed.

11. Use of Website and Services

• Use for lawful purposes; do not interfere with or attempt to access systems without authorization.

12. Term and Termination

• Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate/suspend services for violations, non-payment, safety concerns, or illegal activity, with or without notice.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Try to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be settled by binding arbitration in Calgary, or as required by law. Class actions not permitted.

15. Severability

• If any provision is unenforceable, others remain in effect.

16. Force Majeure

• Not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes).

17. Indemnification

• You indemnify Happy Panda Junk and its affiliates from claims arising from misuse, violations, or safety hazards at the site.

18. No Waiver

• Failure to enforce a provision doesn’t waive it or others.

19. Entire Agreement

• These Terms, plus any service agreement, constitute the full agreement.
